Shipping and Fulfillment

We handle all packaging and shipping in-house from Broomfield, Colorado.
Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.

We do our best to ship quickly, but sometimes weather, supply issues, or carrier delays can affect delivery. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we cannot control timing, but we will always do our best to help you track it down if there is a problem.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened.
